mosa Posted May 28, 2011 Report Share Posted May 28, 2011 Hello all i have a friend who comes shooting wth me with an air rifle. 1, If i have a spare shotgun can he shoot with me in hide? 2, If he applies for his licence can he do that without a cabinet at the moment in his home but i will keep it in mine for him.? Cheers Gents oh cant remember but can his employer be a referee? arjimlad Posted May 28, 2011 Report Share Posted May 28, 2011 (edited) If your pal has no SGC then he cannot borrow a shotgun from you & shoot it in your hide unless you are the lawful occupier of the land rather than just someone who has permission to shoot vermin. If you hold or rent the sporting rights then you are a lawful occupier. If you own the land then you are also a lawful occupier.
