decoyally
Just wondering crowned some pigeons at the weekend and was curious to no if anyone sold them, likes of an Indian or anything?
humperdingle
I used to drop off half a dozen bunnies to my local Chinese in exchange for a Chicken chow mein... They use the rabbit themselves, apparently Might try that with pigeons, actually
John_R
To be totally above board you are supposed to sell the birds while still whole, unless you have got the right qualifications/paperwork in place.

steve_b_wales
Try finely slicing the breasts, and frying lightly in olive oil, with a little bit of garlic added.
Frenchieboy
Try finely slicing the breasts, and frying lightly in olive oil, with a little bit of garlic added. I did this just the other day! The only difference is that after I sliced them I put a sprinkle of mixed herbs and some finely chopped onion as well as chopped garlic on them to marinade! SStir fried in olive oil and served with a mixed salad they were delicious!
Colster
Sorry to hijack a bit but interested to hear your bar-b ideas for pigeon. I'd never done rabbit on the bbq before as I thought it was a bit too lean and would be tough - but ended up giving it a try and realised how wrong I was, so this saturday I'm planning to try some pigeon. Kind of planning to use Steve's method, slice it, oil and season then show it the grill but liking the kebab idea too. Just come home from a successful evening's stalking so a Roe Buck is hanging in the shed awaiting making into burgers and venison lollipops (ribs cut into pairs with the fillet left over them), got plenty of rabbit for making into sausages but was desparate to get a squirrel too but barely seen any this year apart from the one sat over me last night while out with the LR :S
