peejay Posted May 5, 2006 Report Share Posted May 5, 2006 got a phone call on monday, "ive seen 2 foxes near lambs, can you come one day soon". told him there breeding now but reply was "well if you wont do it then ill have to get someone that will" i went up and after about 1 hout seen 3 cubs with a fox about 100yds near the road. i went the other way and about 10 mins later i picked this one up . shot it .222 50gnvmax home load, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

peejay Posted May 5, 2006 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2006 jonno- hi the scope is a little small its a wtc3.5-9x50 and i find i need it that far backas i shoot a lot from the car- beatingisbest- hi we walked the land off the next day with a couple of mates and the terriers but didnt find any holes, im up there tonight to see if any foxes are around, couldnt get a shot last time as they were near the houses. They have not even looked at it either. All the land I will be using it on is cleared for this round so it should be straight forward.
