Evocative, dreamy, beautiful, magical and original. Play it to your family if they've never heard it before. Jon anderson of YES and the composer of Chariots of Fire, Vangelis. The older members will know it but i want everyone to know that great music like this was once common!

i had it on in the 4x4 the other day and i was doing a tip run to the local council tip and the bloke on there said whats that **** you listening to, the friends of Mr Cairo, ??

 

his face was a sight when i said its the same guy who done chariots of fire.

 

i also like yes (as Jon Anderson was with them) best track for me have to be state of independence j&v

 

best vangelis track ... end themes of blade runner, when Rutger hauer dies and lets the dove fly from his hands.
