Bansk65
Hi, off to Solway for some wildfowling & a days driven rough shoot in 2 weeks, I'm a virgin at this and need a decent pair of waterproof boots, but don't want to spend Harkila/Le Chameau prices. Is there any decent alternatives around the £100 mark?
Chrisyboy
A nice pair of hunters will do and there sometimes cheaper then £

Hopper Bopper
I have just purchased a pair of Total fishing Gear extreme boots in woodland camo £60.00. They say 100 % waterproof and breathable. Nice high boot to give protection from water and cold etc. but also support for ankle over bad terrain. Out with mine sat 31/12/11 to test. Will post report soon. Well, at least when sober again after new years eve. HB

John Norris are doing Seeland wellies which are slight seconds for £65 wellies I have just got Harkila walking boots from them which are excellent and very cheap but you need freaky big feet to take advantage

HB Well the boots were well comfy and warm. Support around ankles is good as expected but they have not had the full bad weather test as the ground was only slightly soggy and not too cold. So for so good but more field time required to get full results. HB

Uncle Albert
If it's boots you want rather than wellies then you could do worse than try Karimore boots. I got a pair from Sports Direct for about £39.00. Comfy right from the start.
