andrewluke
The ground is all hardcore, concrete and tarmac, so there's no mud to worry about, unlike Llandeilo last year! Anyway, what's wrong in giving her a 'piggy back' around the ground? well most of it is away from hardcore, concrete and tarmac, plenty of mud and some flooding, only saw one or two fishing stalls which surprised me, if anyone is going tomorrow you had better take your wellies, andrew
crosshair
Plenty of hard roads there, but the stalls are placed too far away from them on the field. Would have been better if stands were next to the road, therefore avoiding walking on muddy field. Perhaps it was a ploy to sell wellies. HDAV
In the end I gave it a miss, and with the missus on crutches I think it was the best plan, shame to miss the PW massive meet tho perhaps next time!

Aled
Well i was in Wilkinson Car Park Carmarthenon Saturday, and it was chucking it down ,I felt sorry for you brave souls! Went on Sunday, bit dsappointed with the number of fishing stands, got some new kit that i wanted, but that was about it. Will need to save up for the Midland in September I think..... Thunderbird
I hope you all managed to have a decent time, despite the elements. I gather Sunday was the better day weather-wise.
crosshair
I was there on the Saturday together with a lot of others from the forum, the weather was obviously lousy. I looked around for spring feeders for the Pheasant bins, there were none there. This was supposed to be a Game Fair, yet did not cater for game rearing It was nice to meet some of the guys from the forum, but it was a wasted day, My thanks to Brown Sauce who went again on the Sunday to try and find some feeders, with no luck. steve_b_wales
I was there Sat, no text message!! Got soaked! Had a good look round for people with PW badges, didn't see any. Sorry Phil. As mentioned earlier, I did a group text message to all who gave me their numbers. As far as I was aware, everyone received it. I was wearing my PW badge, along with my PW poloshirt. But they were hidden under my non PW waterproof clothing. Maybe next year, we can all meet up, and it will be dry!
