billytheghillie
i know you stated used, but you could get a new hatsan for a few quid more, with 3 year warranty. a lot of people on here love them and lots of folk slate them. retromlc
although i've never shot one the 301/2/3 guns appear to be very well made and a couple of gunsmiths(who weren't selling them) rate them as a best buy.I saw a good used 303 28" for sale the other day in a shop for £325 near Paddoch wood, kent, was tempted to buy it but I have a first class auto so decided not to muddy the waters of my shooting brain. Thunderbird
Remington 1100 all the way. You can get a very nice one for £250-300.
12borejimbo
The best of the semi autos is the Benelli, but In that price range I would go for a new Hatsan or a good condition Beretta A301/302/303 or a Browning B80. Brownings engineering with a Beretta action.
