swear filter

Recommended Posts

It may depend on where/how it's used, but also consider that some of us have no money and have to make do with the CHEAP stuff that we can afford, we aren't all wealthy enough to buy the best!

That word again:

CHEAP

or now to be

*****

Can the word CHEAP be added to the swear filter why dont people want good quality

Deershooter

Can I appologise for wanting to go shooting and not having the money to buy the best kit. Seems I'm fit enough to serve my country putting my life on the line to protect your freedoms, but because money is tight and only buy what I can afford you seem to deem me unworthy. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

When buying a rifle, cheap can come back and bite you in the rear, I researched Remington 700's when I wanted to get a 243 and I paid £150 less than a Tika in the same. Once I had replace the nasty plastic stock, trigger and had the barrel shortened to 20inchs it shot as well as a Tika but now had cost £150 more which isnt so bad.The sting comes when you try to sell it,I would have probably saved meself £300 by buying the Tika in the first place.

buy quality used gear, thats what i do. If i cant afford something new i can usally find something on ebay (apart from guns). I get a lot of used carp gear of ebay. Top quality reels stuff like for a fraction of the price. Send em off to Felindre for a service, get em back as new! Hell of a lot saved. Bet theres loads of shooting gear you can do the same with.

Good tip pigeoneater, my problem is I'm new to the internet and not 100% confident about using e-bay. Maybe one day I'll give it a go.

Depends, do you mean CHEAP, or CHEAPEST ? I was looking at a new gun at a shop on Sunday, didn't have any cash on me, went on the web when I got home and found the exact same new gun £400 cheaper! So, as has been said, cheap does not always mean worse quality.

P.S. cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap, etc.......
