Thunderbird Posted May 27, 2012 Report Share Posted May 27, 2012 When I was 18 and worked behind a bar this old Jamaican bloke used to come in and drink Red Stripe (we used to get it in especially for him), and he would always tell me that (imagine the accent) "salteee bay-can" was the best foundation for a drinking session but I never knew whether he just meant that the salty bacon just made you want to drink more! Stuck to cider and then vodka and coke drank slowly from 1pm till 8pm.
