i saw it , it looked like the expanding foam type of mix . ???? mental race though .

Yep a can of expanding foam on a bomfire does a similer thing but I doubt it was that these were coloured. I shall find out. All sorts of ideas popped into my head once I saw that go off.

I would agree too Dunkield, Crutchlow has a shed load of potential just needs a bit more pace.

Was a brilliant race and some brilliant passing. Why oh why did Rossi go with ducati?? Lorenzo and Rossi uses to own all with the pair of yams!! When has Lorenzo got to let Honda no about his decision?

Money

Italian bike

Cant see him staying if they cant get it sorted,

Cant see Lorenzo going to Honda, he has the quickest bike at the moment, and I still think he is chasing world titles rather than money, I also think that Pedrosa might have a say, the two of them DONT get on

I think when you have done all their is to do, the next logical step is to do it for a team/bike/car from your own country?

Let's face it Rossi is nowhere at the moment and the fans still turn up in their droves to support him waving 46 flags etc.

The matching up of him and a Ducati could have been amazing, but it seems it is not to be, which is a shame I would like to see him up there.

It's a pity that the electronics have such a large effect on the results, if you have a bad start nowadays you've just about had it as overtaking is very difficult now.

WSB is much closer racing and better to watch.

i must admit i like wsb , but the gp is that little bit differant in a "mental" way , even the 2 comentators have a few screws loose ! but although 60% of the top 10 gp riders would kill there selfs on the 2nd lap ,send them down to tiom, i would love to see them and their bikes this week TRYING to keep up with guiness ,martin and hutchy . it would be great to watch but a traggic loss .

Rossi and Lorenzo had the best bikes out there! I can't see him staying with ducati if they can't sort the bike out. That always amazes me, padrosa has one of the best jobs in sport and his face always looks like a kid that can't get it's own way!! Lorenzo and pedrosa have never got on and yesterdays race probably just added a bit more fuel to the fire. Where will Rossi go If ducati don't sort it out?? Back to yamaha?? Honda?? You can't compare gp to the tt! They are all brilliant riders in different ways. Rossi has done the tt track a few times.

I agree about the GP bikes being mental, but the obviously need to get on top of costs or they will kill it completely.

$4m for a motorbike is more than just a little bit silly

I like watching the TT, but almost have to do it from behind the settee, if those boys come they are toast, no sliding along in your airbag leathers and dusting yourself down for them

When the TT was a round of the World Championships riders did get killed on a regular basis, that's why it was stopped. Back in the "good old days" riders were expected to ride in mist and heavy rain in the TT and they paid a heavy price.

Today things are much better but winners at the Island or other road circuits, very rarely win on short circuits. But in the 60's 70's 80's and early 90's the really good riders would win everywhere.

At last, we got a decent race. The first few rounds were almost as boring as F1. It's 3 formula's in one now so there's only a few riders with a chance of winning.

I think that Moto2, and now Moto3, is much more competitive and exciting to watch. After last years performance it's a pity that Bradley Smith can't get up with the front runners though.

When Rossi was with Honda then people were saying it's the bike. He went to Yamaha and won the championship again. I think alot have been expecting the same to happen at Ducati. He seems to like challenges and it's a case of wanting an Italian champion on an Italian bike. They're certainly improving but I'm not sure Ducati will ever outstrip Yamaha and Honda.

I'm also impressed with Cal Crutchlow :good:
