Dave-G
did,nt know they did them pal. ide like em lighter to be honest, mite make em a flatter trajectory.... That'll carry a risk of more sonic's in a box
Fisheruk
Hope it doesn't alter the POA. Otherwise I will keep to Ely and CCI
Catweazle
I haven't heard of these, but potentially they could shoot flatter. A 42grn at 1000fps will be flatter than a 40grn at 1000fps, assuming the bullet shape is as good ( ie the BC is as high ).
Bazooka Joe
ide like em lighter to be honest, mite make em a flatter trajectory.... More than likely lose the subsonic.

Where did you hear or read about the 42grn? I've used Winchester sub's for the past 20+ years. They used to be 38grn before they changed to 40grn. la bala
Where did you hear or read about the 42grn? I've used Winchester sub's for the past 20+ years. They used to be 38grn before they changed to 40grn. It seems they are now coming on to the aussie market. The new round is called a winchester 42 max, google any of the aussie gun sites, and there are write ups.
Brisa
My 10/22 loves the 40g sub hollow points. Hope they are still available as an option
