Bows
I need to get 4 tyres for my shooting wagon. A/T or M/T i'm not bothered. they just need to be cheap as i only do about 500-800 miles a year in it. The size is 265/75 r15. does anyone know what tyres are best to get? casts_by_fly
cheap? http://tyresdirectuk.co.uk/shop/product-info.php?prodname=&id=16245 remoulds for £59 non remould cheaper-ish: http://camskill.co.uk/m26b0s239p6262/Falken_Tyres_SUV_4x4_Falken_LAAT_Falken_LA_AT_-_265_70_R15_110S_TL_ The 265/75/15 size is an odd one. What truck is it on? If you go to a slightly different size (like a 70 profile) you'll find more choice and better prices. thanks rick

stirky
just a thought, if you fit "off road" tyres on your motor, and then have a bump on the road, are you still covered with your motor insurance ? could they argue the case that the tyres were not suitable for road use ? neil3728
Never head of a offroad tyre not been sutable for road use. Even the most extreme mud tyres are still road legal. Could you not change the size of your wheels. by fitting 16" rims the world becomes your oyster. For cheap offroad tyres have a look at Insa Turbo, remoulded tyres but will be fine for the miles you do. Not sure if they come in 15" rims. WelshLamb
Special tracks!! The only tyre you'll ever need
12borejimbo
Ive got Recip Trials and are very good at £100 each. Although they sound like a jet engine taking off over 50mph, but they do make my pickup look and sound awesome. Got them on a tein cab ranger 235/75r15. As Welshlamb says, Special Tracks, they are the ultimate off road tyre.

MITCHF
Take a look at Runway Enduro, A/T. I use them, had a couple of sets on different 4x4's, they work wear and wear very well. I paid £70 a corner.
ferguson_tom
I am about to take runway enduros off of my truck as found them rubbish to the point of dangerous in the wet especially when towing. Getting general grabbers put on my truck this week for 396 for 4 tyres fitted.

Getting general grabbers put on my truck this week for 396 for 4 tyres fitted. Surprised, but I guess we just have different vehicles and driving styles. I had no problems with both set's on both vehicles. Good luck with the Grabbers
