Frank
Out once more this morning, with the polecat jill, she is getting better and gaining some great experience. :( Got 5 one of them had slight mxy, hope it wont get hold, as this place has sufferd bad with the ******* thing, i hate mxy. 1 got away and 3 more were young ones which sliped the net, too small. I cought them and put them back into another barrow which was empty, they should survive. :yp: Anyhow, i really enjoyed it, all action, then home. Pics below. First one is the moon at dawn over my ferreting ground, second is my jill prowdly presenting her catch. Cheers, Frank.

.17 hummer
Ok Ill try and incorage her to do that, see how it goes.. Frank. i seriously envy you with the ferreting frank, i used to do a lot on the south downs but had to give the ferrets away when i split up with that woman who wears the ruby slippers!! theres no finer sport on a december morning with a bone in the ground. that reminds me. is there anyone local to me that wants 72 purse nets ? some hemp, some nylon. i offered them to longnetter but he never got back to me.i couldnt bear to throw them away but cant have ferrets now as i live in a flat. ill gladly give them away to anyone local who can pick them up.
