Actionpigeons
Went over to see a mate of mine today and thought one or two of you may like the pictures of his Goshawk. I just fly a European one and Harris hawks with clients as I cannot afford one of these girls! Actionpigeons
Wow, so how much is a white one if you don't mind me asking? Well over £7,000 for a pure bred one as this one is, far to much money for me!.

Still cracking bird Yes your mates will be a European /Finnish Goshawk same as I fly, European female/Finnish are still a good £1,000+ thow so I would not say a few hundred.the European fly at about 2lb + these fly at 3lb+ if your mates was just a few hundred, it will be a European Male Edited September 30, 2012 by Actionpigeons

gixer1
not been around many hawks have you Do terrorhawks count? It looks like a normal bird of prey that flew, at speed through a higher up bird of prey's "jettison" stream.... Actionpigeons
nice looking bird but the gosses are coming down in price now Your right the European and European x Finish are, however the pure bred white goshawks are not. its a little like the Harris hawks now, lots of back yard breeders so the price has come down. I paid over a £1,000 for my first Harris hawk many years ago, now you can buy them for just a cpl of hundred. I dont do imprints but there are lots of lads flying imprint Goshawks and using AI to make a few bob out of season. The more Goshawks on the maket the lower the price Edited October 1, 2012 by Actionpigeons
