philm
I go in my car, track a bit rough but nothing a car can't handle.
Yellow Bear
Bumpy yes - but even low slung cars make it without difficulty - if you are worried just take it easy below speed limit (15)
Frenchieboy
No problem driving down the lane to Worsley Clay Grounds Mikky mate! It used to have a poor reputation as far as the track to the grounds was concerned (So I am told) but now it is easily drivable and fairly level, smooth and dry. I have no trouble driving there with my poor little Clio so you shouldn't have any problems mate.

figgy
I clattered the bottom of my Audi S Line every time I've been. Last time was on loose rocks that were on the middle of road from topping up the finish by the look of them, most cars would go over them. They get a slight hump in middle of track, like most tracks so if you got a low sporty car cadge a lift. Figgy
Jega
This seems to be a significant concern at many grounds i have visited ,we dont all drive 4x4's though some ground staff seem to think this is the case.
Azzurri
Yes, same for me in my Audi, clattered a big rock, my fault for not watching every inch of the track...when I got home had a quick look underneath and a massive section of the underbody protection hanging down and folded in half. The track is probably better now than it has been for years, even before the ground closed for a while but it's especially bad near the **** hole of a bungalow half way down it...lol Azzurri
figgy
Azzuri you followed myself in the last time I shot there, I didn't swerve fast enough to dodge the rocks. Haven't had a real good look under my car yet, after what happened to yours think I better get on my back. Figgy
Azzurri
Lol yeah, and breath in a bit too, it's a tight squeeze ;-)
canthitathing
I've not had any problems and don't know what all the fuss is about
figgy
Lol yeah, and breath in a bit too, it's a tight squeeze ;-) on second thoughts I better use a ramp or hoist looking at my ample dimentions. Figgy

Figgy Managed to rip the bumper off my S-Line Quattro last autumn - mind you, that was down to a certain 'utility' company who didn't discharge their responsibilities correctly when they were doing some work on the Viaduct, and were pumping out over the lane. I now have a new bumper, and they are over a grand lighter!
