Underdog
Yep, the game keeper caught the adults but the cubs had got to go!Pheasants are soon to be released and these three would cause untold damage.I knew they were there last week and moved in on them last night.Shot one, using reversabullets was 20yds, shot two was 15yds and shot three was 30yds but shot four was a follow up to shot three at 20yds. My bino's spotted movement of shot three in young bracken. I doubt a bolt gun would of been tacticle enough! Getting this close beats any 200yd shot anyday for me, must be an old *** thing Underdog. Cannon
If you're going to spear something make sure it dies quickly, unlike the bear no doubt.

Underdog
Archers and spearsmen ostrercized gun users way back when. Most hound packs disliked riflemen recently and so it goes. Personaly I would bow hunt all the time if I could. U.
aga man
well done for clearing up the cubs Underdog. at the end of the day no mater what the weapon, it is fieldcraft and experience that puts you in humane killing range. .

demonwolf444
it is fieldcraft and experience that puts you in humane killing range. . Well said, once again i am impressed with your lever gun skills, its just fun to see someone using something a bit different. What is the guns model? and also what would you consider your range limit using open sights? Good stuff
