The dangers of homeloading

Recommended Posts

Got the MEC out last friday thinking I would load a quick couple of boxes of shells for the following morning. Wouldn't take long so I could do it on the dining room table and the missus would never know.

Just goes to show what happens when you try to rush something. Can't wait till a stray pellet goes up the vacuum cleaner. Need to find my ear defenders out ready for it.

:lol: Yup, done that. Once tipping the bottles back and forgetting to put the cap on the shot bottle, the second time, I had remembered the top, but it popped off under the weight of shot.....you're not alone :good: How are the crimps coming out now Brian?

Crimps are coming along fine now thanks. I have just about finished up my bag of brand new cases so will see what the mod is like on once fired ones.

or simply do it in the man cave (shed) and make as much mess as you like

I would do it in the man cave but there are too many projects on in there at the mo, so very little bench space. Just need to be a bit more careful next time (or get off my backside and clean the garage out).
