deputy dog
Cheers Gar. I look forward to seeing pics of your forthcoming Regal rifle mate. ATB. Well my mate PaulT off here has just acquired our Midland Gamefair tickets, so hopefully I'll be getting it from the Team Wild stallup there, perhaps it may be a little discounted deal on the rifle as it was last year on the Classic, £60 was knocked off which s a decent bit of saving. Been saving my hard earned for a bit so got a few sheckles to buy a decent set up and few trimmings along the way. Be posting a few pictures on here when I buy it. Not sure what caliber to have it in though, but I got a few weeks to make my mind up. ATB Gareth Edited August 6, 2013 by deputy dog

Really looking forward to seeing yours when you get it and look forward to hearing from you when you test it out! Hopefully see you and PaulT at Midland. ATVB my friend. I had a Rapid 12 and at first thought it was awesome, but soon I lost confidence in it with the unduly problems it developed after about a week. So got rid of it at quite a considerable loss money wise to me.But these Daystates seem to be the dogs danglers and I'm quite looking forward to getting one even if it is just to knock a few back garden jackdaws off that are nicking feed and odd egg from the chicken coup or a bit of squirrel bashing up the woods. Shouldered a few last year at the game fair and fell for the classic big time, but couldn't really afford to buy one at that time. But now I'm better situated money wise through virtually being Tea Total from taking long term preventative medication which means I can hardly drink any more. I've been saving money hand over fist since last January. I've spent nearly £1750 on shooting stuff over last few months, so another £780 or so won't make a difference to buy my new Regal, be sort of and early Christmas prezzie for myself haha. I'll be going on the Sunday, so if your about on that day, we can meet up for a burger an chat if you like. Make a rally point some where to meet up at certain time. Hopefully see you there mate ATB Gareth Edited August 6, 2013 by deputy dog
evo
hi mate , Mark,, can I ask why you felt the need to change the shroud and mod , what was wrong with the daystate ones because as I remember it looked and performed fine before you changed to the huggett, I have to say I think the red ranger is simply one of the best looking rifles out there, but that just might be because I,m also a daystate nut ,,lol also mate on my airwolf it is like your ranger,,it has no front barrel support and when looking at it , it really does look as if a support would help but what I,m worried about is ,,,,will this affect the accuracy of the rifle, having a support to me seems as if it would strengthen the barrel shroud against the air bottle and will keep everything locked in place,,what are your thoughts regards this cheers Evo (Bob)

If you think that your Shroud needs a support then perhaps buy a Barrel Band. You won't lose accuracy with this cos I had one on my Ranger. ATB.
