Footu
Have been using this for a couple of trips and just cleaned and centred to 50 yards. Was a bit miffed at the trigger pull taking me off zero and thought I'd like a 2 stage trigger like my Annie 1918. So if I can, what is a good trigger replacement kit and is it a job for me or a pro? If I do this lets get dreamy and go what is the best stock replacement thumbhole kit and can a bipod fit easy enough? Or is it worth a part ex on a model like this pre-pimped and where can I get it? On another note this was hitting a 2 inch square at 50 yards with Winchester 40 gram hollow points, that seems lame by my usual target rifle standard,is it likely me or is that a fair group for this model? Thanks.
Footu
Auto text error in title, wanting it pimped not pomped
kennett
I can 10 shot groups through one raggedy hole at 50yds so there is work to be done yet. Mines a 452 silhouette with a bipod, quite a few places do trigger kits look on google and its a fairly easy job, just a few screws and a couple of pins to knock out. Cant really help with stocks, mines standard but I found that a thumbhole is no good for shooting from a truck when you might be shooting cackhanded or lefthanded. Good luck! Greenhunter
Rimfire magic for the trigger kit......easy to do yourself. Order over the phone and only open 3 or 4 days/week. . There are a couple of firms which do stocks but can't remember off hand what their names are, sorry. GH
bicykillgaz
I got a thumbhole stock and have swapped back to standard, they are comfortable but too restricting IMO. Any spring kit will improve your gun. 2" is pretty poor for a cz so I'd try a few different ammo's, if it's for hunting don't get too hung up on one hole groups, as long as it shoots less than an inch at the maximum range your gonna be shooting at then you'll be fine. 1/2" is pretty standard at 50yrds though once you've found a brand your gun likes. As for pimping it I've gone for trigger kit, Cpg design after market trigger guard and a replacement bolt knob.
r1steele
Try Boyds Stocks. I had one for my .204 for £136 which included delivery and import tax. They do make them for your CZ as well.

Albert 888
Are you after a full replacement trigger or a spring bodge job. Try some eley sport target rounds on paper. I had a spring fit but its still not as good as it could be as it drags and differs in pull weights. looked on the net and I think cz are doing a new replacement trigger at around £75. Im still researching which replacement trigger to get for my 455. boyds do a nice none bumhole stock in laminate at around £130 delivered. I put my 455 into my local gunsmith and he polished the sears etc and it now has a lovely trigger. It took the gritty dragging feel completely away and he didn't charge for it. Was originally told it would be about £30 so even if I was charged it was cheap enough.
kent
Shoot it more. CZ triggers wear to a really nice trigger, I have yet to change one and the trigger don't make any gun shoot better it just hides shooter faults. The shooting of a .22 LR should go under 1/2" at 50yds with decent ammo in the right hands if the wind isn't playing up. Considerable improvements are made with quality ammo, I like SK subs. The issue with lightening up a trigger on a CZ is when it wears its likely to be a bit loose on the sears which is a bit of a time bomb. I recommend a good clean out and at least 1000 rounds

I recommend a good clean out and at least 1000 rounds It doesn't make a gun shoot better but it can suit different shooters as not everyone has the same sensitivity in there hands/fingers. Why do Olympic target shooters have there triggers set to suit them? Some people like creep some don't, some prefer light triggers to heavy it is all down to personal preference and possibly triggers that they have used in the past and get used to, needing to be matched to suit there style. Yes I hear you, target shooting is very different (I often shoot in gloves hunting) don't see full finger gloves much on 50 mtr prone matches either though. I have to add caution to the trigger job, especially by those less familiar with the working of the unit sear engagement is critical to safety and its quite possible it will decrease as the lightened up trigger will subsequently wear to fit
Footu
It was a second hand gun so should have many rounds through it already. For 75 were not far off another second hand gun price, I'll try the 25 quid kit and see. It will give me something to do on these dark wet nights as well. I'm used to light triggers as I match shoot so consider myself pretty competent, but the original figures were not with a bipod, just prone.
