to ask this sort of question this must be your first landie, welcome to the world of the best of british engineering, water leaks are numerous and provided free of charge, did a service today on a 12 month old defender, these bags of **** have not improved for 20 years, why do people still buy them :/

Try getting some one to sit inside with a torch while u pour water over the front of the roof and top of the windscreen all the way down the screen pillars to the scuttle , do this slowly with a hose pipe on very low pressure or a wartering can with the sprinkler end taken off , hope this helps pin point the leak .
