KFC
Been to Peterborough Cathedral this afternoon to see my wife don her gown and mortarboard to receive her Diploma. She's spent many years, off and on, as a RGN and had often spoken of doing her training to become a mental health nurse. Now, at the age of 52 and after a 3 year course of study at Anglia Ruskin she has finally done it and also secured a job in an eating disorder unit. Knowing the struggles that she went through to gain this qualification, including struggles with Dyspraxia, I would just like to express my admiration. As a btw, Warwick Davis was also there to receive a Doctorate in the Arts. I was driven to the ceremony by my daughter who has just passed her test too so a proud day.
