kent
For future reference Kano Kroil (spelling might be off) is great on plastic fouling but you have to leave it on a while, it creeps behind and lifts all sorts of stubborn stuff. The chrome lining had failed on the barrel unfortunatly not a fouling issue but thanks sounds like good stuff

My U2 is here if you need, i will not be using it for a month or so.

DSPUK
No not gas vent holes , the outlander works on inertia system , to me there's pitting in the barrel I have had A300 Outlander now for 2 yrs so I was surprised to see they have changed the gas system to Inertia - do you think it's better than Gas system ?? Anyway glad the PW gunsmith's have solved your problem for you. - took three pages but you got there. Dave

Oops Missed Again
Judging on what your saying you have tried to clean it with i would be wanting a closer look. i get plastic foaling and a dowel with green pot scrubber in one end and drill on the other always sorts it out. That is the way to sort it!! Maybe soft (light purple scotchbrite) first Edited October 30, 2013 by Oops Missed Again
