GingerCat
Really isint hard, caught hundreds in parents lawn, for a while it makes no difference then all of a sudden your on top. Don't like the scissor trap, the one with two wires that are spring loaded are better. Get a pokey stick and poke it around the hill till you find the run, carefull dig it up, place the trap and then back fill with soil Place pokey stick near trap to find it again. Garden canere perfect for the job. Check twice a day. Dead mole. Easy. Get a few traps, not expensive and speeds it up no end.
Old farrier
You'll catch them easier if you find the run with your stick between the hedge and the mole hill no light gaps round the trap when you set it best of luck

rimfire4969
about £35 for one mole in a lawn...£7 per mole after that About the going rate down this way. I trap a load for myself and a few neighbours, I much prefer the scissor type trap.
