aris
Just enjoying a ... Reblochon De Savoie A.O.P. A nice French Mountain cheese from unpasturissed cows milk Best known as the ingredient for Tartiflette. It is delicious uncooked too, though some are offended by the smell. aris
I love Tartiflette, delicious dish that it is. Ooooh, its nice - though mighty high in the calories! Potatoes, bacon, garlic, onions... all baked off in melty Reblochon cheese goodness. Unless there is one of those roving French markets in town, the only reasonable place to get Reblochon is Waitrose.
