Bleeh
Congratulations. If this is going to become a new shooting hobby of yours, I'd seriously recommend you spent some money and went on a DSC1 course. Bleeh
I'm not very good with paper work mate, do you no if there is much involved ? No, very little writing at any rate. It's been a while since I did mine, but go ask about it in the stalking section. The stuff you'll learn is invaluable and worth every penny. Footu
I just started stalking. Sent off for the dsc1 with bds. I have learnt Loadst reading the course material. Pass or fail the knowledge in that book is worth it. You can buy the CD for 50 quid and it's all there.

Would not go for a head shot.. Edited March 2, 2014 by delburt0

I'm not pulling the shot but ideally with you not shooting a deer before , personally. Would not go for a head shot.. I am guessing it was perhaps a park beast , where a head shot would be the norm.
