Thunderbird
Made a pigeon and ramsons risotto last night. Lots of grated parmesan stirred in. Just finished off the extra helping I did for tonight. Gorgeous.

Ira wakefield
I caught some lads picking bundles of wild garlic in a wood I look after. They were selling it on so I told them to ****** off. Funny thing they were picking on a bank full of setts. Wonder how that stuff will taste.

shoot and be safe
Can you buy 'wild' garlic to grow 'domestically'? Just pick some of the seed heads off, let them dry a bit and broadcast them where you want it to grow. Be aware, it can be quite invasive after it gets established. shoot and be safe
If your conditions are right (dappled shade and damp (wooded river valley)) then it takes very well and after a few seasons it takes over smothering the ground. It will take on dryer ground but might take a few attempts.
