A loaf of tripe made for townies IMO

Agreed to a certain extent!!

But without programs like these, Most urban dwellers would have no idea of what goes on in the lambing sheds across the country,

or of the many nights that farmers go hours on end without sleep.

Haven't seen it yet though, so might be talking out of my *****, but I expect it will be dumbed down :):)

Just watched it. Kate Humble 'I'm now a sheep farmer ' six sheep  Technically I suppose she is.

but she'd never make any money feeding them like that, all the new kit as well. Still she is trying I suppose.

So she invested and bought the farm up the road, with resident farmer to run it for her. Not very realistic on her part yet (rose tinted),but I think I could get to like the Scottish lad he seems a bit of a nutter!!!

Still I'll watch it again, so it can't be all bad. I think it'll grow on me.

She did say tongue in cheek about being a sheep farmer, and commented regarding bottle feeding not being ideal for others. It may not show all the gore that you see, but what it will show is that lamb for the table is not cultivated in plastic containers.

I say its good, a load better than get me out of the jungle, or ice skating stuff.

Would be nice if they showed what the corvids do to lambs, then the dumb anti's might get off our backs a little bit.

Well, not 'nice' but you know what I mean.
