39TDS
Why not. Got a nice rebate so I might as well use it to buy a new shotgun. Seen one I desperately want, I am going to have to scratch that itch. The facts that I don't need a new gun and that "the office" will demand that rebate off me anyway don't have to be factors do they? Strictly speaking, as a farmer there is no reason why I can't put my gun purchase down as taxable expenditure. In my way of thinking, this means it is a completely free gun anyway. Right? If that's true I can't see why I can't have another rifle too when my variation comes back. makes sense to me

Big Al
Makes perfect sense to me. Spending it on anything else would be squandering.

Underdog
You earned it anyway. Besides they would only waste it on a useless war some place or a duck house on a moat or something!

Sat Rat
39TDS, I can't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to put it against your tax,as it's a tool for your job as a farmer. I can claim back on Rolex divers watch, supposedly yearly but never chanced it. :-) Edited May 7, 2014 by Sat Rat
