Shooting rabbits with .22lr and DIY NV

The rabbit that ran towards you after the second one shot (3.28) was also hit with that shot. Check out it's leg flailing as it runs towards the camera.

Maybe it was unlucky for him you couldn't find him in the crosshairs!

Doesn't look that way to me, just looks like it's leg pushing out behind it, as it runs... If so, he's going well for a rabbit with a broken leg, especially as he pushes off with it when he goes out of view.

joe don`t pro-mo gear on here or put dodgy shots up, coz they will pull you.

This is not a criticism of your shooting but I'm afraid Scragrat is spot on with his comment, if you watch the clip carefully (as I did several times) you'll see the other rabbit leap into the air as though it has just been shot (which it has). The other obvious pointer is the way it zigzags with a less than perfect posture.

Perhaps it wasn't my best moment, it seemed a better shot on the night.. I thought he jumped due to the sound of impact. Live and learn ey?!
