Marki
I'm trying to source some 0.70mm, or close, spring steel to make a couple of sear springs. Has anyone found somewhere that sells small amounts? All I can find are steel stockholders that want me to buy tons of it! I'm struggling to think what I could strip down to salvage some. Anything over 5mm x 50mm would do.
Underdog
I know it sounds daft but I made hammer v springs from heated and straightened valve springs!
Marki
Nothing daft, just innovative! I've looked at clock springs and tattoo gun springs but they are too thin.

Hector Vector
Peter Dyson lists 0.6mm spring steel in a size that would suit you. OK lot to deal with as well.
