hi

never even used this so has to go. baikal 16g sxs hammer shotgun in excellent condition, only 20 shots through it from previous owner and none by me, and bores are like mirrors.

action is tight, like new, and finish is excellent with just some very slight blemishes on wood from storage. recoil pad fitted and lop to front trigger is 13.5". only problem is im not sure what the choke sizes are, so have added a pic of the underside of the barrels. double trigger with 2 3/4" chambers, front and rear sling swivels and barrel length is 25" from bottom of chambers (28" from end to end).

also included is 200 lylevale carts.

I think the toz-66 is still a Baikal, I have one in 12 bore its lots of fun - nice to have a hammergun that's safe and solid. Its became my faveroute gun! Sure this gun will make someone happy!

I was just about the say the same, although I don't know why they have two names.

I have the same gun (16g), love it.

The only difference between this and a 12 will be cartridge prices-16's will kill at the same range as a 12 all day long and are lighter on the shoulder. In this condition you will be unlikely to lose money because they simply are not made anymore-I had a 16 like this for many years and used it more than any other gun in my cabinet ( Browning's and Beretta's) and only got rid of her because a member of this forum was desperate for a gun.

i`m a reloader, i can load pretty much any kind of shell. so i can have advantage of making a 12 gauge shoot 10gauge style loads, or the smaller 5/8oz 28 gauge loads.

the think thats put me off the 16, is feeding it.

iis 16 gauge ammo rare?

that one calibre i`ve never seen or used.
