AdamNW
Just wondering if any body else has ordered these as I recived mine today and the markings are very dull in my opinion compered to the advertised images! Sent them a message on ebay as thats where i bought them from . Any thoughts? Any suggestions on what paint to use to enhance markings? The image is taken in daylight as they look in the field. figgy
Don't look much like the pigeons round my way. Seen flat road kill ones look better. Try them though they may just work. Figgy
birdsallpl
I have some and the flock wears off as they rub together in the bag. I wouldn't bother buying anymore flock decoys.

motty
I have some and the flock wears off as they rub together in the bag. I wouldn't bother buying anymore flock decoys. Don't make the mistake of thinking that all flocked decoys are alike. Some of mine have had 10 years of use and are still in very good condition. A1Decoy
Hello, Thanks for your call Adam. I have compared the 2 pictures and they are definitely the same decoys, but the markings on the advert do appear a lot stronger. This must be because of the direct sunlight as we have used the same supplier for years and the markings have not been changed. I will take some better pictures that show the true likeness of the decoys. Oscar

Cranfield
You could always touch up the neck rings (not the white on the wings) with some white UV paint, its available at any model shop, or on the Bay of E. Regardless of where mine come from I always do that.
AdamNW
Well back from the field and I must say they did the job ☺ I think a little bit of a touch up and they will do even better! And thanks for the tip Cranfield I shall give that ago
indio
bought some plastic shell decoys ( not flocked) and they do shine a bit when wet. little bit of time and a couple of matt paint sample pots from your local diy store sorts the problem nicely. can get the birds in , just can't hit the *********

Roy King
As with most decoys the White neck markings are the most important bit ,, not the wings I might add Over 40 years of decoying I have learnt a lot about this subject and I have made hundreds of Deeks in my time ,, from 1950' linoleum , to pieces of grey gutturing to hi- tech vac forming, size and shape is important but,,, a narrow bright White neck band always draws them in.... Touch em up with uv mat white they will be great I always use a1 kit now they never let me down!!!!
