fruity
I have bought 2 new beretta,s fairly recently and both guns has developed issue's, one more than the other. I accept mass produced guns can have problems and need to be repaired if this happens , the bit I don't understand concidering the size of the organization, is the attitude, un-helpfulness,and poor customer service gmk give I just don't know how they get away with it If they provided a better service in general gmk/ Beretta wouldn't receive sure bad press on here

shootgun
Right chaps, just got back from the gun shop. As soon as i stepped in, they were looking at me like i wanted to do an armed robbery so i reckon they were well aware i was not going to take any more nonsesnse. I have checked the new gun thoroughly and it is in pristine condition, better grain in the furniture than my old one and as i took the old gun back only with the chokes in the barrels, now i have spare cillinder, improved and full Also new warranty, starting from day one. Will take it out saturday for a field test. Was a bit of a hassle and frustration, but i got the result in the end, 4 weeks and 5 gallons of diesel later. I will think twice before i'll spend my hard earned cash in there again... Thanks everyone for the support!

HDAV
Glad your happy, what happened re the new gun paperwork wise? Did dealer write it on your cert? Have they given you the transfer form for the old one that is no longer yours?
figgy
As the biggest most read shooting forum in the UK any manufacturer would be a foolish not to try and do its best. Let's face it how many of us have decided against a gun or manufacturer because of the problems and or poor service posted by members on here. I for one have twice. If my new Bereta semi don't turn up soon I will cancel the order and buy a different one. Nearly seven weeks now and a couple of weeks of should be here this week. Dealing with back orders, people on Holliday short staffed, get on with it and employ more folk. The sodding wildfowl season is well under way. Have they given you the transfer form for the old one that is no longer yours? The new gun was written down in my SGC and i got paperwork to prove they disposed of the old one
