bornfree
I'am sitting 25ft up my mobile tower looking out over a field holding 25,000 geese waiting for a fox. And amazingly picking up a wi-fi signal from the farm office which must be 100 yards away. Got the gas heater on and a flask of coffee, luxury foxing. HDAV
Will smell of the coffee, gas and light of the device and gas not warn Charlie you are about?
bornfree
If you've ever smelled what several thousand geese stink like . Coffee and gas fumes are nothing.and being this high up seems to be above their eye line, I regularly play games on my tablet while waiting. drut
Will smell of the coffee, gas and light of the device and gas not warn Charlie you are about? "I'am sitting 25ft up my mobile tower" I would think not in most weather conditions, however low flying aircraft could be an issue

bornfree
They normally turn up between 12 and 2 but I get early just in case. Already seen a couple of roe feeding at the goose feeders and a barn owl who was very puzzled by me.

Might be worth chucking in a mini-bar and start looking into extensions for the hot-tub.

No its permanently attached to the trailer but it lifts the trailer wheels off the ground when up so its standing on the three legs.

Brilliant : Could you knock up another 50 and station them round the south coast from, say, Margate to Portsmouth. (also impressed by the WiFi range, do you think it's the hide it's self acting as an aerial or just the height and the open space?)
bornfree
I must admit I was surprised by the Wi-Fi considering it struggles to get 5 yards in my house.

HDAV
Wifi will be down to the transmitter and receiver antenna and the lack of interference (no microwaves etc around so slmost perfect conditions) good range.
