photon
Excellent photo! Well done. I have always associated the Jay with my wife. A good looking bird with a god awful singing voice

Berettacocker
Another nice pic GG, but what about an Accipiter Nissus, Falco Peregrinus or even Accipter Gentilis
GREENGRASS
Another nice pic GG, but what about an Accipiter Nissus, Falco Peregrinus or even Accipter Gentilis Not seen a Sparrowhawk for a few years now.. Peregrin work in progress looking @ March 2015. I have had to invest in some new glass + a T/C to take these bad boy's on... The Gosshawk would be a dream to capture but again never seen one in the wilds of Cannock Chase. I will have to pay a visit down to sunny Essex to capture some tasty birds ( obviously the ones you have mentioned ) GG
Berettacocker
Know where goshawk nested last year, but only one I've ever known. Sparrowhawks everywhere especially killing collared doves in gardens. Always see peregrines, but you'd need pretty impressive kit to photograph them! Hope you do GG! rich1985
Great picture, whilst beating on Friday we saw a totally white jay, the only colour on it was the blue wing feathers, truely stunning it was, would love a picture of that or to have it stuffed!
