Underdog
Dunno about yer head Mr but bullets of the type designed to expand should be locked up. If you cant, just get some hpbt target bullets that expand but plod wont get his knickers all twisted up should he be interested even! U. Carman06
I wont have expanding but would have thought anything that needs to gin on your ticket(controlled items) needs to be locked away. For shotgun carts don't go on your ticket and don't need to be locked away just like pellets. 22lr rounds go on your ticket so need to be locked away. steve_b_wales
Expanding 'heads' do not have to be kept locked in a safe. Only when they have been loaded up.

fruitloop
my head only expands when I tell someone something and it turns out im right and there wrong ...... expanding bullets should be treated as loaded rounds. I know there a small Pease of lead in a copper jacket but if you get found with them outside your ammo safe with my flo you are in trouble. then you get a another flo from the same foce that not be bothered. it all depends on your flo Edited February 9, 2015 by fruitloop
