Einstein once remarked that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result was insanity. At some point you have to make a decision to vote for someone who's policies you actually believe in rather than vote for the least worst option.

UKIP have their problems I wont deny that but the liblabcon are virtually indistinguishable anymore and frankly I no longer swallow the Tory Kool Aid that a vote for UKIP is a vote for Labour. Where I live a vote for UKIP is a vote for UKIP. Your mileage may vary.

Well said. sums it up nicely.

Evening All :friends:

Reasons why please?

Reasons why:

Daily Mail is a left wing rag ?

UKIP are a joke ?

UKIP having some good ideas ?

PW UKIP supporters potentially being lovely people ?

a disproportionate number of UKIP candidates being bonkers ? i suspect its this one, well if i had the time and inclination i could search the web for endless examples of UKIP members being Racist, Sexist, Homophobic, corrupt, criminal the list goes on and on

chrisjh doesn't do reasons, nor debate. He ignores all links and logic which contradicts his ramblings and merely dreams up another while neatly avoiding those instances in which his ramblings have been proved wrong by totally ignoring them.

I suspect he is a Green party member, or CND as they used to be known.

yes i do you just choose to ignore them :lol:

Yes i supported CND back in the 1980`s but not the Green Party

You just revert to childish name calling

You cannot reason with the unreasoning......

His posts prove that

no they don't

Whereas to be a Labour MP you are bonkers, just a few of the many things said.

Diane Abbott

Britain’s first black woman MP, wrote on the internet chat website Twitter: “White people love playing ‘divide & rule’. We should not play their game.”

Jack Dromey

The shadow minister tweeted a picture of himself with a postal worker.

His caption said: "With Gareth Martin, the ***** from the Erdington Royal Mail Sorting Office. A great guy!"(the censored word is one used is a derogatory term for the travelling community)

Austin Mitchell

Mr Mitchell had said Labour would hold on to the seat in May even if its candidate was a "raving alcoholic sex paedophile"

Cameron dare not stop Pfizer because he dare not offend the US in any way.Roll up rapists

i don't deny all political parties have some fruit cakes among them its just that UKIP have more then most

Just out of interest, why did you support CND?

I don't support nuclear weapons generally they are immoral they are also a waste of money if we got into a fight where they were used it wouldn't matter one jot if we had a few

But if they stopped us getting into that fight (M.A.D if i remember correctly) then they are more than worth it. We can't uninvent them and if we don't have them and someone else does, it shifts the balance of power.

Thanks for an honest and prompt answer :good:

howay read his posts, even the ones he puts in the ground would lean to the left.

KW

I honestly hadn't noticed KW.

Surely that is the point, if it is futile to use them for all parties involved then nobody will use them.

The problem is that we can't just un invent nuclear weapons, the bad guys, so far as we are concerned, have them and as far as they are concerned us bad guys have them too.

Even if we all agree to destroy what we have got who is going to police that? what will happen when they say "aha we still have ours and now we want Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Belarus, Georgia and Armenia back else we blow up London, Paris, Berlin, New York, etc."

Edit to add: I looks like me and Keg colluded on our answers!

It looks increasingly likely that we will have a Labour/SNP alliance...I don't care what Millband says on live TV...he might not do a deal with Sturgeon but I bet there are other potential leaders in the party that will.

The Ukip vote will undoubtedly dilute the Conservative vote and we will be left with England being run by a Scot.....Very Dangerous !

I suspect the Ukippers will be baying for a cessation of migrants from the far North and we will have to reinstate Hadrians wall..

Good for the Building trade though. :whistling:

Either way looks like the Ukip vote is going to completely **** it up for us all.!

Oh get over yourself always blaming someone else, the truth is that if voters weren't lied to,let down and treated like idiots by the Tories all the time ,then they would have no problem retaining their support.the same thing can be said about labour, only you can add that they are feckless morons as well.

Mike,

If Cameron couldn't get a majority over Gordon Brown, and if he can't beat Miliband then he has only himself to blame.

It looks like Labour will be totally wiped out in Scotland, the seats they lose there will far outweigh any UKIP gains from the Tories, and yet it still looks possible that Miliband could be the next PM. I don't think you can lay the blame for that on anyone but the Tory leader.

It won't be UKIP who **** it up...it will be Cameron.

The Conservatives should have picked David Davis over Cameron for the leadership in 2005.

FWIW I actually think Cameron will get in by the skin of his teeth, but there should be serious questions over his future leadership of the party.

48 pages about a party that will be lucky to return 1 seat  talk about deluded

Just goes to show the pull of the party doesn't it.

Love 'em or loathe 'em you can't deny they've added a certain excitement to proceedings.

David Davis was my personal choice at the time.
