Dekers
Are the specific .22lr low power rounds no good? http://www.cci-ammunition.com/products/detail.aspx?use=1&loadNo=960 http://www.remington.com/products/ammunition/rimfire/22-rimfire/cbee.aspx
rem708
I would highly recommend CCI CB long. I've been using these in my garden for years. They sometimes go through a squirrel if hit in the chest but the rump will contain them. Like all bullets you have to consider a miss and the back stop has to work. Also remember 22 rimfire are notorious for rolling up in a ball when they ricochet off a surface (even water!)
Bazooka Joe
Shame really as the whinchesterx 29hp high vel were mustard 25yrs ago The subs were excellent as well, lovely round for rabbits, never seen them for years now.

steve_b_wales
When I started using Winchester SuperX sub sonic's, ( 1984) they were 38 grn, then 40grn and now 42grn. I still have 1000 of the 38grn left.

Rst1990
I tried cb longs in my cz455 and they was absolute rubish, couldn't get a nice group under 4 inches. Still on the look out for a nice low power round like yourself, they seem hard to come by as they are not the norm.
