Guest stevo
Just a short clip trying out a new camera angle , im fed up with wearing the head cam , so looking for a different way of doing things , yet still being able to capture the action , what do you think ?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAvbpH0iiSI&feature=youtu.be your maybe have to watch it in 720 resolution and in full screen for best results . aga man
Great stevo, i like it! A camera angle fom out in the decoy pattern facing your hide would be even better Imo.

fenboy
Its ok ,but I prefer the first person perspective , and with the camera further away we are not going to hear you saying things like " come on you ******* you know you want too "
Caravanman
Liked it. Gave a good view of the range.
Guest stevo
I wont leave it out there , what im thinking is towards the end of the session I will put it to the side and get some different views
aga man
yeah but I want to see the birds drop Fair comment, being downrange though the shot from the muzzle would sound awesome. [ boys and there toys] Perhaps you could incorporate all three angles and spend even more time editing. I think this is the limit of my editing , to be honest I don't really know what im doing , its all guesswork trial and error ( more error )

motty
I think a variety of angles would be good, but the birds should be seen dropping. I hate watching some shooting dvds where you often see the bloke pull the trigger, but not what was being shot. But you can't even see what he's shot, such poor viewing!! I keep meaning to buy a go pro or similar to try and film some of my outings, is it a total nightmare using a head cam then? Is it the weight that's the problem?

I often think that on the "pro" DVD's some of the shots where you don't see a bird fall are posed and they are shooting at fresh air. I used to do this have three cameras to catch all the angles, I now don't use any as I spent more time worrying about cameras and battery's that it became a chore.
