Katzenjammer
I wouldn't. But the BBC Sports reporter interviewing Amber Hill this morning after her success in Baku clearly does. Or he is mouthing the usual BBC anti gun bias? The only aggression I have ever come across from shooters in all my years of shooting is on the off topic discussion sections on forums. But I have witnessed over the years aggression on and off field and away from the ground by football supporters. From my limited experience of clay shooting I just regard it as focussed and disciplined, the same goes for other aspects of shooting. I can't find a link to his interview otherwise I would post it. webber
I watched the interview at about 6 this morning. I got the impression that the interviewer was out of his depth and clueless about the sport. I also felt that Amber could have answered the question more diplomatically, but she is only 17 and conducted the interview very well overall. webber

Rupert
Great to see Shooting on the news for a positive reason, and Amber always comes across well in an interview.

I guess competing as she has and does has given her the confidence. A great Ambassador for shooting. I read it as the usual guns = killing/weirdo slant. I'm probably an over sensitive, over defensive pensioner
Les*1066
There's one interview here:- http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/shooting/33210694 For a 17 year old, Amber's talent is just unbelievable, and she must be one of the favourites to bring home a gold in the next Olympics. A superb sports woman, and a superb ambassador. She looks great, too!

Livefast123
She looks really aggressive, could be a daughter of Burnley Dave.............. Nice to see the Beeb covering it but not missing an opportunity to be a bit anti. Well done Amber!
A.J.P.
Would you consider Clay Pigeon shooting "aggressive"? I wouldn't. But the BBC Sports reporter interviewing Amber Hill this morning after her success in Baku clearly does. Or he is mouthing the usual BBC anti gun bias? Do you remember what programme the interview was on? I've had a look on BBC's sports website but there's only material from yesterday. Cheers. Edited June 21, 2015 by A.J.P. Scully
Took my lad to see Chelsea play late last season; not sure how much aggression there was on the pitch but there was plenty in the stands. How many Police does it take to Police a normal Saturday afternoon Premier football match? How many does it take to Police the World Clay Pigeon Shooting Championships? grrclark
Slightly at a tangent, but I really need to be much more aggressive in my clay shooting technique, but that is a different thing. I like Amber a great deal and i'm a little sorry that she didn't challenge the reporter in his comments, but at the same time what would she gain other than appearing to be a little bit hostile. Definitely not, but most certainly a ‘World Class’ shot!
