Rim Fire
Hi all The pigs had left us for a while but we kept feeding the bait points and last week they turned up again so i started to feed a bit more often i was checking the cameras and they was turning up most nights so we went up last night. Two went down the bottom shed and i went up the top shed after a while a massive boar came out of the forest i watched him for a while with my bresser hand held nv he looked settled so i lined him up with my Howa 308 mounted with a NM800 with a red pill as soon as the light went on him he was like RedRum going back to the forest i thought that was that but i waited and three more pigs showed this time i waited untill they was feeding good and proper they fighting with themselves so i put the light on and they took no notice this time i picked a small one out best eating not like them big old boys and sent a Federal 150GRN powershock down on them i hit my target and waited for 5 mins incase when you get ther he still alive as you can see it is not a big pig but he weighed in at 100lbs so you can imagine what them big old boys weigh Edited November 26, 2015 by Rim Fire
