FOXHUNTER1
Had a fantastic afternoons shooting today. Called in at farm No 1 and decided to walk off a rushy field hoping for a snipe or two. First thing I encountered was a covey of English , took a lovely bird curling on the wind. Then I hunted through the rushes accounting for a few snipe ..... Then it was on to farm 2 in search of squirrels.... Shot the fattest ,, heaviest squirrel I have ever seen........... Stalked into 3 roe ... Final bag for the day .... pretty pleased.

felly100
I'm just curious about why you wouldn't shoot Snipe? It's a bird I like to watch not eat. I've no issues with it being on the quarry list. Just a personal thing.
clanchief
To me one looks like a Jack Snipe, though its maybe the photo that makes it look smaller. Chiefy
