tonker
I'm afraid you'll have to try a few and see what your tikka likes. but all should get you within an 1'' or thereabouts
fortune
50 grn is a good weight. Every gun likes different ammo. It's all tied up with the gun barrels dimensions and the way it was cut when it was made.
bunny_blaster
I used Norma 40/50gr Vmax until I started reloading. They where very good
Andy H
Federal 50gr sp were the best out of my Brno fox until I started reloading for that calibre , Then 40gr Vmax hit the spot. Vince Green
Start with PPU while you are sighting it in and shooting the barrel in. Stainless barrels often need a bit of settling down so make sure you clean it with Forrest Bore foam after ever outing. Then try a box or two of what ever else you can get, Thats going to be the deciding factor maybe, whats available locally.
CharlieT
Sako 50gr and Norma shoot the best in mine.
fortune
I have known 3 different 222's and each one shot ammunition in a different accuracy. 1 would shoot factory Winchester to a one hole group but not other rounds 2 would only shoot federal and 3 shot homeloads of 50 grn nosler ballistic tip propelled by Re12 or 4198. All of the three were very accurate as you would expect with a 222. The homeloads were the most accurate because they had been made to match the barrel. It was so accurate that we could take rabbits for the Larsen out to 200 yards

the enigma
I've only tried Hornady 50gr v-max in mine, under an inch @ 100 yards.
Woodlander
Before I started reloading I only tried PPU in mine, they were all over the place. Have you ever considered re loading? Very satisfying watching your groups close up when you find the load your rifle prefers.
