Wabbitbosher/Hitclays Flush Black Powder Style !!!

Recommended Posts

I'd get in touch with the cartridge manufacturer about the leadless cartridges or primerless cartridges. whoever that may be? The guy on this end had 3 possibly 4 ignition failures. AND when he picked up it appeared that he threw the cartridges into the waste bin.

The black powder cartridges dont recoil like nitro the end gun had problems not firing the second barrel and sometimes not cocking No live cartridges were thrown in the bin , they are a Pound Each

I was only joking. A mate is a bit of a fan of the black and we always take the mick out of him. Mind though he has a percussion musket and a percussion double hammer and he shoots both of them really well and the clays just dust but its all very slow. big boom and clouds of smoke

the Black powder rifle guys always make a bee line for the upwind fox holes on the ranges and every time you go to squeeze the trigger one of them fires and an equivalent of a bonfire goes past and you have to come off of the aim to allow it to go by. your just about to shoot and then his mate fires. I've seen some blokes get really hacked off by this. It is a bit frustrating when you haven't done what you wanted and the squad change over is called.

Black powder I thought they we're shooting old Baikal records looks like fun

NO' Not enough ear banging noise. The flash isn't long or big enough and there aren't chunks of glowing pravda and tram tickets floating past on the wind to be Baikal records. It's a good job there is a fair bit of wind from behind the shooters keeping the smoke going away. I bet the trapper/ s got a fair old lungful of sulphur fumes.
