shalfordninja33
Today I was a very lucky boy! I inherited this. It's a leech & son 16 bore. Been in the family for 2 generations. Now I'm the third to have it.
Savhmr
Lovely. Some nice engraving on the side plates too, better than the stamped, machine or laser cut engraving on many of today's guns Edited July 30, 2016 by Savhmr

bruno22rf
Still in business - give them a call and they may be able to date the gun.

shalfordninja33
Thank you for your kind words. Got some more history on it this evening. My great great grandfather had it made so it's been in the family longer than I thought. Leech are local to me and ill get it dated. It's a piece of work and wonderful to shoot. It won't be hidden away and definitely will get some use on our syndicates walked up days and maybe a roost shoot or two. Makes my o\u's look over engineered in comparison. I'm very lucky to have been the one in my generation to receive it. I'll be making the next recipient very aware of the family history.
