turbo33 Posted August 21, 2016 Report Share Posted August 21, 2016 (edited) So finally picked up a nice Tikka t3 lite 223, which I Intend to put an mtc viper 10x44 30mm tube scope onto. Rings and bases? The dealers local to me are poor on mounts stock, so I will have to order online. To save returns, can anyone who has a similar set up advise me on the correct bases and rings/height? I may go 50mm objective later on so may be a further consideration. Many thanks. Cawdor118 Posted August 21, 2016 Report Share Posted August 21, 2016 I would personally never use Optilocks again... The fact they are modular means there are more screws to slacken off under recoil. I even dropped my rifle out of a tree seat, horizontally i may add, from 15 feet onto longish grass. My heart missed a beat! I Immediately checked the 100 yard zero. And still bang on!
