chrisjpainter
Yes - assuming you don't need to use it for anything other than an air rifle.

krugerandsmith
They are good and they give excellent after service. I was going to buy one but ..... Talking to dealers at the midlands game fair was told that because the distance between the two sensors is to short they are inaccurate. Put me off so I will stick with my Chronos. Can you chaps add to this?
Rewulf
They are definitely not as accurate as a 'proper' chrono . But for £40 they do the job. Dont use them on anything CO2 ,they dont work.
bruno22rf
Maybe they were trying to sell you something else?? AFAIK the combro is +/- 1%
krugerandsmith
Maybe they were trying to sell you something else?? AFAIK the combro is +/- 1% I agree with what are saying but I told them that I already have a Chrony F1 and they said stick with that. One of them said that a friend of his is some professor who makes his own chronos and said that there is a precise measurement between sensors and that the combro is to short. Off and on, I've had two chronographs at the same time. A combro was one of them and then with it, a Chrony Alpha, then a Chrony F1 and finally a Caldwell ballistics Chrono. The Combro was consistent across all different makes, including my gun shop's Chrony F1. It was just as accurate over strings of shots and one of uses. ASunnyD
Yeah you could always test it against your locals chrono just to be doubly sure
Longbower
I have to agree with Chris, I have access to half a dozen Chrono's, (For archery society equipment checks) As well as my own F1 . The Combro has been consistent with any that I have used.
