bazzab
Hi all. I'm aware people are struggling getting this ammo. Went to RK stockcraft stoney stratford today. They have just had a big old delivery. Just a heads up. (I have nothing to do with shop just trying to help people out) Bazza.

lksopener
It's being distributed throughout the rfds at the minute with most of them taking the **** with the prices due to demand.
Hendrix's rifle
It's being distributed throughout the rfds at the minute with most of them taking the **** with the prices due to demand. This time last year I was paying no more than £13.50 or so a box and now there £17.50, fair jump in price...
rbrowning2
It's being distributed throughout the rfds at the minute with most of them taking the **** with the prices due to demand. Or it just may be the significant fall in the value if the pound against the US dollar, might if not?

kenj
My RFD was still waiting for their delivery and an up to date price yesterday. He said possibly £20 for 50. Hope they've sorted the split cases for that price.
kenj
Just picked up some Hornady 17 HMR bullets. £20.50 per box of 50. More than double what I was paying ten years ago.
Luckyshot
Just picked up some Hornady 17 HMR bullets. £20.50 per box of 50. More than double what I was paying ten years ago. 41p per shot, now that is getting very expensive for a rim fire cartridge.
Remimax
41p per shot, now that is getting very expensive for a rim fire cartridge.bloody hell that's some price hike. would be better off reloading a small bore center fire for that money. kenj
I've put in for a variation for a 17 WSM, the 20 grain Hornady rounds are cheaper from the same shop. The trouble is that there are cheaper suppliers around, but by the time you've put in your travelling costs, you might as well pay up. 40 plus pence for a rabbit, add on travelling, then depreciation on guns and equipment and you end up with some expensive meat. Will have to see if the butcher will pay more for the rabbits. Been stuck at £2 each for a while now.
