Guest stevo
Can you explain a bit further Stevo?? Let me just point out what I am proscribing here is for me and how and where is would start. I want the comb lifting to raze point of aim. And cast ON not off I'm a right handed shooter ) for me personally your stock kicks off far to much to the right for me. If you have shims with your gun it's easy enough. motty
Maybe it is just a badly aimed shot.

wokkywokky
Im not too sure on the diameter without measuring it. I messaged you a pic of the details printed on the half bull and the first part of the code could be the size. Will measure it in the morning and give you a definitive answer. Exudate
Maybe it is just a badly aimed shot. Indeed. You can't draw conclusions from a single shot. You need more data!
Walker570
One assumes, unlike when actually shooting at a moving target, he 'aimed' down the rib. That indicates to me that the rib ain't in line with the bore. Not that unusual, as I had a trap gun many moons ago which I had to cant slightly left to be able to centre the shot. It still won me a few matches though at DTL and Ball Trap.
R6demon
Your spot on walker. That was aimed with the bead at the centre ! johnphilip
You can also try this. same set up, but stand 16 yards from target, were safety glasses shoot, them find center of pattern , for every inch from the center of pattern to center of target the gun need altering 1/16 th of an inch Edited March 14, 2017 by johnphilip
