Mightymariner
As per the title, I am after buying advice for a kit. I've just bought a new Defender, a 110 Utility, and want to fit a reversing camera and monitor. I probably won't fit it myself but would welcome advice from anyone who has bought one recently. Thanks

Thanks eBay mate, they are a doddle to fit,you can go wired or wireless.Hardest part is finding your reverse build feed.
Medic1281
Take the power switch off the reverse light. Easy
Twistedsanity
I got one that the monitor clips over the existing rear view mirror, the sunlight reflecting off of it made it impossible to use
saddler
Looking at an add-on for the Satnav. As soon as you reverse the monitor becomes a viewing screen.

HDAV
I just reverse till I hit something. That's the point of owning a defender isn't it?
Mightymariner
I've done that many times in every Defender I have owned and my car.....my insurance premium will testify to that. At least now I will see what I am about to hit.
figgy
I looked into these as my Audi don't even come with sodding sensors but to fit the camera kit into the RNS system looked a bloody nightmare. Maybe a Land Rover is different. Easiest to fit was the number plate holder cameras as they are all built into the unit and about the right height to see what your trying to miss.
